To order an autographed paperback directly from me:

1. Fill out the form below
2. I will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm I have the book(s) in stock and give you a total including shipping costs.
   For shipping in the US, $5 for the first book, and $1 more for each additional book.
   Outside the US, $10 for the first book and $2 more for each additional one. (If you think that’s expensive – to date no postage paid by my international buyers ever covered actual postage. I do not ask for additional money to cover the costs when it falls short, and if by chance you overpaid I would refund the difference.)
3. You will send payment either through Paypal (you don’t need an account, just a credit card) or by sending a (US) money order.
4. I will acknowledge receipt of your payment, send your book(s) and tell you when you can expect to receive your order according to the USPS.
